A padel and football centre that runs with nobody at the desk
Arena Football in Ghent and Mons, Belgium, runs on our software: online court booking, till, staff rosters, door codes and lights, with 0% commission on bookings. In Ghent, it went from the first line of code to live payments in 6 days.

What we built
Online booking
Football and padel, without an account, with split payment between players and Playtomic sync.
Till and counter
Touch screen, Bancontact QR, cash recycler, end-of-day close, works offline.
Door and building
One door code per booking, football pitches and hall that follow the schedule.
Staff and chat
Availability, rosters, clock-in and an internal chat translated into eleven languages.
Why it went so fast
The first commit for Ghent is dated 23 July 2026, live payments started on 29 July. Ghent is a new centre on software we had already built, so the work was adapting it, not starting over.
The same software is for sale to other centres, with its prices published.
