Run a football or padel centre without spending your evenings on it
Bookings, payments, door codes, lights, staff rosters, customer emails: everything that repeats every day is done by the software. You keep the decisions, it does the rest. Built inside three centres operating in Belgium, not in an office.
An evening with nobody at the desk: the customer books, pays, receives a door code, the pitch lights up, then switches off. You watch it from your phone.
Money lands on your own Stripe account. At the counter, the customer scans a QR code on the screen. Two contracts fewer to manage.
Your logo, your colours, your domain name. The demo is white-label too: you see the software exactly as your customers would.

The booking screen, as your customers see it on their phone. No account to create.
What you stop doing by hand
A centre manager spends the day on tasks that all look alike. These are the ones the software takes over, as they happen today in our three centres.
| By hand, today | With the software |
|---|---|
| Taking bookings by phone and WhatsApp, writing them down, calling back to confirm. | The customer books alone from their phone, without creating an account, pays, and gets a confirmation. You get one email per booking. |
| Chasing players who have not paid their share. | Each player pays their share through a link. The captain gets a reminder one hour before kick-off with the list of who is missing. |
| Coming to open the door, or giving everyone the same code. | One door code per booking, sent two hours before, valid for that match only. |
| Switching the pitches, ventilation and stands on and off. | Everything follows the booking schedule, football and padel. If an employee switches a light off, the software does not fight back. |
| Copying Playtomic padel bookings into your schedule. | Synchronised every five minutes, hall included. |
| Checking the bank statement to see who paid what, hunting for a refund. | The till follows Stripe on its own: every payment and every refund ends up on the right sale. |
| Building staff rosters in a spreadsheet, by messages. | You ask for availability, the team answers on their phone, you approve the week. Clock-in at the counter, timesheet ready. |
| Redoing purchase prices and stock after every delivery. | The supplier invoice is imported; stock and purchase prices update in one go. |
| Writing the newsletter, finding a tool, building the list. | One brief, the writing assistant fills the template, you pick the audience, test, and send by email and push. |
| Editing birthday photos and videos for the parents. | Staff drop the photos, the software produces the keepsakes, you click to send them. |
| Counting the till, preparing figures for the accountant. | Guided close every evening, printed report, PDF and Excel archived, export for the accountant. |
Two worries fewer: the commission and the terminal
Zero commission on your takings
The software takes nothing on your sales. You connect your own Stripe account in ten minutes and every payment is created directly on it: bookings, bar, birthdays, memberships. You only pay Stripe's own rate, the same for everyone:
Stripe rates for Belgium as published on 12 September 2026, checked against 436 real Bancontact payments in one of our centres. On an average basket of EUR 29 that is 1.2%. Your Stripe account stays yours if you ever leave.
No terminal to rent
The till shows a Bancontact QR code on the customer-facing screen. The customer scans it with their banking app, pays, and the sale is marked paid on its own. In our Sint-Niklaas centre, 87% of Stripe payments are taken this way, at the counter.
If the payment is slow or the window is closed too early, an automatic check every thirty minutes finds the payment at Stripe and books it on the right sale. Nobody charges a customer twice.
You want a terminal anyway? The software also drives a Worldline terminal and Payconiq. An option, not a requirement.
An evening with nobody at the desk
A 8 pm booking on an evening when the bar is closed, as the software handles it today in Ghent. Every delay is adjustable to the minute.
A team books from their phone
No account needed. The captain picks "pay my share": the amount is split by the number of players, each gets a link. The pitch is held, the booking settles on its own.
The door code goes out by email
Two hours before kick-off, a code specific to this booking. Active thirty minutes before the match, expired twenty minutes after the start. One code per team: you know who came in.
The captain gets a reminder
Who has not paid yet, and the link to forward. If everything is in order, the software stays quiet.
The pitch lights up
Ventilation and stands came on a quarter of an hour earlier. You did nothing.
The pitch switches off
Fifteen minutes after the end, then the hall. If another match follows, nothing switches off in between.
The next morning, before you arrive
The software checks that every paid booking received its confirmation, re-reads the real status of every email and aligns the till with refunds made at Stripe.

Everyone has their own app
The manager, the team and the customers each have their own screen, and each gets what concerns them. Three situations, as they happen in our centres.
You ask for availability, everyone answers on their phone
You send the request for the week. Each team member gets a notification on their app, ticks their shifts, and you watch the answers come in.
When everyone has answered, you approve in one click: each person receives their roster, birthday host included. Clock-in happens at the counter, the timesheet is ready.

Like WhatsApp, but inside the software, and translated
Team and private conversations, photos, unread counts. One colleague writes in Dutch or Turkish, the other reads it in French in one tap: eleven languages.
Rosters, replacements and instructions stay in the app; nothing gets lost on personal WhatsApp accounts any more.

You know what is going on, without asking
New booking, door code sent, keepsakes ready, low stock, replacement requested: every event lands on your phone, wherever you are.
Your team gets their roster, their task of the day and their messages. Your customers get their confirmation, match reminder and code.

And on the manager side
The counter and admin screens, as you will see them in your demo.

On a phone, a tablet or a PC
Yes, everything works on mobile. The software installs from the browser, no app store needed.
