MF International Partners builds the software for unattended sales in sports centres: a snack vending machine with 66 slots and a padel racket rental machine with a deposit, in service at Arena Football & Padel in Ghent, Belgium. Customers scan, pay and leave. The manager sees every sale from a dashboard.

What it does
Racket rental with a deposit
EUR 5 rental + EUR 30 deposit in this centre, paid in one scan. On return the customer enters a code, the locker opens and the deposit goes back to the card.
Snack sales by QR code
The customer picks, scans and pays with Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay. No cash to collect.
Stock and sales dashboard
Stock per slot, low-stock alerts, sales analytics and product costs, from any browser.
Automatic refunds
If a door does not open, the customer is refunded on their own, and you can read why.
Late racket alerts
A racket that does not come back on time raises an alert.
Three languages, and your ads
Dutch, French and English in one tap, and an advertising space on the idle screen.
How long it takes
Hardware takes longer than a website. From the first line of code to the snack machine in service, it took about two months, because the software has to drive real motors and real doors.
It runs today on two WEIMI machines. Another brand: send us the model and we will tell you what is possible. The price depends on the machine, so it is on quote.
